STOP is a FREE anonymously public driven blacklist. STOP requires NO REGISTRATION and will always be FREE. All blacklisted people, groups or companies are submitted by the public anonymously. Each blacklisted name is first checked before being made publicly visible. New listings can take up to 24 hours to be reviewed, inspected and displayed. All blacklisted names can be disputed. If disputed, that name is removed from public view immediately until further review. Once reviewed, that name will either be removed or put back up on for public view.

STOP is not a place for personal vendetta's, but a place that you the public can see if a person or group or company is listed and for what reason, before befriending or communicating with them.

Special Note: Your name or credentials are never displayed or ever asked for, but Contact Details will be required when being reviewed if you are Adding a high crime individual.

It is suggested if a person or group or company is listed in STOP and:
* has reached out to you, that you consider blocking them from access to your system or applications.
* has done harm to you already or is trying to do harm to you, that you click on the REPORT button, found in the See Blacklist screen, adjacent to their name. This will increase the number of Reported times found in the See Blacklist screen.

STOP encourages you to add all people, groups or companies that have done harm to you or others. Again your name, the STOP submitter's name, is never recorded or ever published, it is completely anonymous.
